A new waste field related to the expected destruction of OceanGate Let’s do it A submersible has been found near a known wreck RMS Titanicand authorities have confirmed that the submarine has been lost and those on board are presumed dead.
This is a sad end to a crisis that has captured the world’s attention for days as the fate of the submarine remains uncertain.
Let’s do it Major Damage Guaranteed
The United States Coast Guard has confirmed that several pieces of debris have been identified as part of the region missing 21-foot Let’s do it submersible found 1,600 feet (488 meters) forward Titanic‘s bow, on the smooth sea bottom without others Titanic Garbage nearby. The discovery was made by a remotely operated vehicle (ROV).
Five large pieces of debris have been found, including the submersible’s tail cone, nose, and front pressure bell. The new expansion was announced in a press release, which you can watch in full below:
This proves it Let’s do it‘degradation due to low energy density, where there is debris’ and the size of the debris that shows the infiltration of water into the watercourse. The car didn’t crash damage or Titanicnor was it entangled in any sinking vessel.
“The debris is related to the serious loss of the pressure chamber. When we confirmed this, we immediately informed the families,” said John Mauger, US Coast Guard Rear Admiral.
At this point, it is too early to determine whether the explosion occurred at the same time the ship lost contact with the pilot boat, a Canadian research vessel. Polar Prince, or if the implosion occurred significantly after losing contact. Connection was lost about an hour and 45 minutes later Let’s do it it started where it was supposed to last for seven hours.
Sonar buoys involved in the investigation did not find anything consistent with what happened next, but more remains to be investigated.
Five Lives Lost
All five people on board Let’s do it are thought to be missing, including OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush, Titanic scientist Paul-Henri Nargeolet, British explorer Hamis Harding, Pakistani businessman Shahzada Dawood and his son, Suleman Dawood.
“On behalf of the United States Coast Guard and the entire joint command, I offer my deepest condolences to the families,” Mauger said when the loss of the ship was confirmed.

“These men were true explorers with a unique spirit of adventure, and a deep passion to explore and protect the world’s oceans,” said OceanGate Expeditions in a statement. “Our hearts go out to these five souls and everyone in their families at this difficult time. We are saddened by the loss of the life and joy he brought to everyone he knew.”
Although the exact depth of the submersible failure is still unknown, the depth of TitanicHer hull is 12,500 feet (3,810 m) below sea level, and her bow and stern sections are 2,600 feet (792 m) apart. At that depth, the external force is over 5,300 pounds per inch, or about 360 more than at sea level.
Any leak in the submersible, no matter how small, would have resulted in an immediate explosion that would have crushed the occupants before their brains could prepare for an accident.
Search to Continue
The investigation of what happened to the submersible continues with the ROV investigation, but it is very difficult in the most difficult conditions. Search logs, including debris mapping, will be helpful when trying to make last-minute repairs Let’s do it in order to understand the failure of the submersible.

A decision about the operation or not to recover the remains of the submersible has not been made. Many searches from different countries have been involved in the search Let’s do itand will continue to participate in the ongoing research.

The joint search operation has also included an armed Canadian Coast Guard vessel John Cabinet; merchant ships Scandinavian Finland and Atlantic Merlin; additional Canadian Coast Guard vessels Ann Harvey and Terry Fox; Vessels with ROVs In the Arctic, L’Atalanteand Magellan; as well as US Coast Guard air assets and US Navy experts and support staff.
“The entire OceanGate family is extremely grateful to the countless men and women from several international organizations who have invested enormous resources and have worked extremely hard on this project,” he said. OceanGate’s statement read. “We appreciate their dedication to finding these five researchers, as well as their day-and-night work to support our team and their families.”
Cruise Hive’s deepest condolences go out to the families of those lost, the search team, and all involved in the tragic search.
