The Carnival cruise ship will return to service today after spending the past month in dry dock undergoing repairs.
Carnival Pride returns to service today to kick off Carnival Cruise Line’s 2023 cruise season in Europe. The cruise ship sails for the first time with Carnival’s new red, white, and blue livery.
Carnival Pride has been in dry dock since April 28 receiving improvements, new upgrades, and repairs to the disabled passenger ship.

I am also pleased to see the addition of the Heroes Tribute bar as it has been popular with our guests and has been a hit with military members and their families. “
New additions to Carnival Pride include the Heroes’ Zone, Chef’s Table, Dreams Studio, and Carnival Adventures Shop. In addition, the ship’s restaurant has been refreshed and renamed Fahrenheit 555, the casino has expanded and the space has been transformed into the Cloud 9 Spa and Fitness Center.
Guests aboard Carnival Pride from Barcelona today embark on a 12-day cruise, with ports of call including Lisbon, Portugal; Le Havre (Paris), France; and Zeebrugge (Brussels), Belgium.
The cruise ship will sail several European itineraries until October 28, 2023, which include various departures from Dover, UK; Barcelona, Spain; and Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy.
Carnival Pride concludes its European season with a 15-date return trip to the US departing October 28, 2023, and ending November 12, 2023 in Tampa, Florida.
