Seabourn Reimagines 24-Hour In-Suite Dining
Luxury cruise line Seabourn recently announced plans to “upgrade” its 24-hour corporate dining menu with expanded menus.
Seabourn will offer an elevated and distinctive selection of beautifully presented (and, of course, delicious) epicurean delights, all hand-crafted by a team of talented chefs. Starting again Seabourn Venture on June 18, 2023, this updated menu is expected to expand by October 2023.

Currently, Seabourn operates seven ships—including two cruise ships, Seabourn Ventureand its sister ship, Starlink-internet-ready Seabourn Pursuit (so 23,000 tons in total).
Best Dining Aboard Seabourn Ships
Seabourn’s latest menu, created in collaboration with Master Chef and Culinary Expert Anton Egger, as well as the company’s Senior Corporate Chef Franck Salein, promises to elevate the cruise culinary experience.
“At Seabourn, we are unwavering in our commitment to providing the highest quality experiences that appeal to all senses,” he said. Seabourn President Natalya Leahy said.
“Our culinary offerings have long been celebrated for their high quality, and we are proud to offer world-class food on board our ships,” he said. Leahy continued. “The new online menus will help us to further enhance our culinary experience, allowing our guests to enjoy the unique taste and extravagance of our cuisine in the comfort of their own home.”

Whether guests choose to dine in their suites or on their private balconies, they will be able to enjoy exotic cuisine while enjoying stunning views as they travel around the world. Leahy also noted the importance of Seabourn’s commitment to providing its guests with Michelin-starred cuisine.
Seabourn’s additional options should provide passengers with a variety of delicious meals. Some of the standouts include inexpensive dishes like Rustic Garden Vegetable Minestrone, Franck’s Riviera Style Vegetable Tartine, and “Fregola con Melanzane” Sardinian Tomato Fregola Pasta.
Vegetarian and vegan meals will also be served. And favorites—coming with a few twists—will also be available, like Crispy Skin Fresh Alaskan Salmon Fillet, Oven Roasted Free Range Chicken Sausage Casserole, and Thyme Fried Jidori Chicken Breast.

Healthy snacks like Tony’s Childhood Banana Split and Black Forest Sundae should easily satisfy any sweet cravings aboard a Seabourn ship.
Guests will also be able to enjoy Seabourn’s signature breakfast buffet. During dinner, they can also choose in-suite course-by-course service from The Restaurant.
Seabourn’s “Celebrity” Chefs Lead the Way
Seabourn’s high-end menu draws inspiration from international cruises and a variety of original creations by Chef Egger and Chef Salein.
Chef Salein has a long history as an executive chef in two or three Michelin star establishments, which means he brings a lot to the Seabourn team.
Chef Egger cut his culinary teeth running his famous restaurants in Singapore and Bangkok, as well as collaborating with Michelin star chefs around the world.
This talented culinary team works to create dishes that meet a variety of needs, while showcasing the team’s creativity. These new “elevated” menus should be highly appreciated by discerning Seabourn travelers.
