Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans introduces Dario Montelvere as the new Executive Chef of the Hotel.
As a 21-year veteran of the Four Seasons, Chef Montelvere is familiar with the brand and understands the needs of guests. Before bringing his talent to New Orleans, his career began at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney as a manager. He went on to provide culinary support at four other properties including Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Four Seasons Resort Lanai, Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica and Four Seasons Hotel Miami.
Throughout his culinary journey he has worked alongside greats, including pioneering Sydney chef Serge Nasreau and Chef Lynn Crawford of. Iron Chef America. When he opened a new Italian restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, Cena Sociale, he was invited to cook at the James Beard House in New York City.
