A 19-year industry veteran, van der Werff has led global operations teams at Holland America Line, where he was VP hotel and food and beverage operations; MSC Cruises USA, Norwegian Cruise Line and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, he served as VP of entertainment for Westgate.
Van der Werff said he is keen to work with ‘a talented group of people working in the workforce’ at AQV to ‘generate new ideas while building on the success of the company’s heritage and traditions.’
