In line with the demand for new accommodation created by initiatives under Saudi Vision 2030, IHG is set to introduce Holiday Inn Express to several destinations across the region, starting with Jeddah.
This brand that promotes easy and smart travel caters to today’s traveler visiting Saudi Arabia for business or pleasure, including Saudi Arabia’s growing millennial and Generation Z travelers.

Heading to Jeddah
The first Holiday Inn Express hotel signed as part of the agreement is the Holiday Inn Express Jeddah, which is expected to open by June 2025.
The 300-key hotel will offer comfortable accommodation with amenities ranging from high-speed WiFi and smart TVs to luxury bedding and pillow options in one of the city’s busiest areas on Al Madinah Road. Signature services will include Express Start Breakfast and express check-in.
Designed with the ‘Next Gen Smart traveler’ in mind, each Holiday Inn Express hotel in Saudi Arabia will open with thoughtfully designed public spaces and guest rooms combining modern design, convenience and local elegance.
