Burning! The Jonas Brothers are happy to be hitting the road after releasing their sixth studio album – but want to prioritize their mental health to ensure they stay engaged.
“We were already fired up so it was like, ‘I’ve got 20 more shows on this tour,'” Joe Jonas told a Associated Press On Thursday, May 11, the mistakes that these three have made years ago. “So we all have our own ways of doing it, and we just make sure that it’s streamlined and we think the three of us communicate as best we can.”
Joe, 33, and brothers Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas, released their new record, The album, Friday, May 12, and we are planning a trip to the United States that will last from mid-August to October. For the brothers, serving fans is a part of their job that “doesn’t feel like work.”
“We feel like it’s the best tour we’ve ever done,” Joe told the site on Friday. “And I think, we want to make that possible for the fans.”
The tour will begin at Yankee Stadium in New York City. Nick, 30, said AP that the band will be “putting themselves in a new place” so they can feel “butterflies and excitement” before they leave the stage.
“It’s the stadium of our favorite team for the rest of our lives,” the “Jealous” star gushed. “We got to go to practice and meet some of the players a month ago. And we were just looking around, thinking that the 10-year-old people who were sitting in the highest nose seat would not believe that we would play this place twice.”
While Nick, Joe and Kevin, 35, are happy to play their new music for fans, all three singers are husbands and fathers to young girls – something that will encourage them to return home “sooner” than ever, Joe shared.
Kevin was the first to raise his family with his wife Danielle Jonas. The couple tied the knot in 2009 and later became the proud parents of daughters Alena Rose and Valentina, who were born in 2009 and 2014, respectively. On the other hand, Joe talked to his wife Sophie Turner in May 2019 and daughter Willa was born less than a year later. Us Weekly confirmed that the couple welcomed their second daughter in July 2022.
Nick was the last JoBro to take on fatherhood, welcoming daughter Malti Marie and his wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas through surrogates in January 2022.
Being a trio of daddies, however, doesn’t mean the siblings are sharing parenting tips on the go — or always.
“We don’t give each other advice,” Kevin revealed in an April episode of SiriusXM The Morning Mashup. “We don’t give each other advice about the family. It’s like an unspoken rule. We just do our own thing. Do it our way. “
Nick, meanwhile, explained that it was important for family members not to overstep their boundaries when raising their young children.
“Think about this. The last thing you want to hear from your family is how you’re going to raise your child,” he said. “So, I think we all understand that and just say, do your thing, I’m just going to show up and be Uncle Nick and, Uncle. [Joe], you know, everything. And that’s how it is. But it’s a really healthy thing that we never really talked. But I think it’s the right thing. So to all the brothers who are listening. These are tips for you. “
