A new cruise ship headed for Miami completed construction this week with a tolling ceremony at the shipyard.
MSC World America will debut in Miami in 2025 and will be the largest non-Royal Caribbean cruise from the U.S. The 215,000-seat ship will offer one-week cruises to the Caribbean.
The 22-aisle ship will have 2,626 cabins and more than 420,000 seats. The Y-shaped aft offers the exterior of the World Promenade which offers unique dining, relaxation and entertainment options combined with stunning ocean views and unparalleled LED displays.
MSC World America will feature 13 restaurants including six specialty dining options. The ship will feature 20 bars and lounges, including a Sports Bar, Comedy Club, The Gin Project, Elixir mixology bar and more.
The Indoor World Galleria is home to bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques—complete with state-of-the-art LED lighting and a kinetic light ceiling.
Features of the train include:
- Six pools and 14 hot tubs, including a large indoor pool with an enclosed roof and the only Zen pool at the back of the ship.
- An expansive water park with water slides and VR experiences
- Kids’ Clubs with dedicated spaces for ages from babies to 17 years old
