Royal Caribbean International is gearing up for one of the most exciting years in its history. In 2024, the cruise line is launching two very large ships, Ocean Utopia and Symbol of the Sea. Ocean Utopia: Until July 2024
Ocean Utopiathe sixth and final ship of the Royal Caribbean’s Oasis-class shipsis marketed as “The World’s Greatest Sunday Cruise,” and will be the first Oasis cruise designed around short 3-4 night cruises that make the most of your weekend.

Ocean Utopia it also introduces two new Solarium Suites, offering adults-only areas with its own pool and whirlpools, and offers 20 new room types compared to other Royal Caribbean ships, including the Royal Loft Suite.
Symbol of the Sea: Until January 2024
Another interesting addition, and the 27th ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet, will be Symbol of the Sea.
Dubbed “The World’s Best Family Cruise,” the cruise ship will depart from Miami, Florida, on January 27, 2024. Symbol of the Sea will offer 7-night cruises in the Caribbean, including stops in Basseterre, St. Kitts or Phillipsburg, St. Martin; St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands; it’s a Perfect Day at CocoCay.

It is being built at the Meyer Turku shipyard in Turku, Finland. Symbol of the Sea is the first of the new Icon class ships. At 250,800 tons, she will be the largest ship in the world when launched.
The ship can accommodate 5,610 guests in double occupancy but can accommodate up to 7,600 guests. The first metal of the ship was cut on June 14, 2021, and they have already returned from the first sea trials earlier this monthon June 22.
