More and more residents of the UAE are turning to hotels for longer stays.
Aside from things like room service and regular housekeeping, long-term hotel stays seem to be easier and more flexible than signing a one-year lease. For some, it’s a way to cut costs, given the rising rent and all the other fees that come with such leases, including paying business and utility bills.
In the UAE, there are many options for long-term access, many of which are located near major businesses or, if you’re in Dubai, near a metro station.
