Tripadvisor has announced the winners of its Best Travel Hotel Awards 2023. In its 21st edition, the awards coincide with the start of the summer travel season, providing inspiration by uncovering the best places to stay in India and around the world.
Analyzing 12 months of Tripadvisor review data (January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022) from more than 1.5 million hotels, Traveler’s Choice Best of the Best Hotels reveals travelers’ favorite destinations in 10 categories. Luxury, sub-categories include All, B&Bs, Family Friendly, Hottest Restaurants, Luxury Resorts, Casual Hotels, Small Hotels and two new additions for 2023; Luxury Hotels Accommodation and Luxury Hotels with Restaurants
This year’s No. 1 Hotel in the famous category of Luxury Hotels is Rambagh Palace in Jaipur, India. Known as the “Jewel of Jaipur”, this 1835 luxury hotel-turned-palace is extravagant. No. One winner in 2023, Rambagh Palace has over 5,000 reviews and is loved for its polo bar, signature suits and high tea.

This year, quality is very important to travelers. All-inclusives and hotels in Caribbean vacation spots top the competition for 2023. With more travelers looking for relaxation, Tripadvisor has launched two new categories for 2023 to help everyone find zen: Best Hotels with Restaurants and Best Lodging .
The 2023 awards have many new winners, showing that as many people have traveled and left comments over the years, they have gone to new places, at home and abroad.
Asia is at the top of the travel charts this year, proving that the market is back as a tourist destination. Nine of the 25 Hottest New Hotels are in Asia, along with eight of the World’s Best Hotels, including the prestigious No. 1 place.
Brazil will take the cake and the best in the world list this year, Istanbul beating other cities. In Asia, Indonesia has the highest scores, followed by India and the Maldives.

Hottest New Hotels: As the hospitality industry continues to evolve, many new hotels have opened their doors and OBLU SELECT Lobigili in the Maldives is at number one. 1 in the world. This 5-star resort, which is for adults only, has an eco-friendly design that creates a sense of solitude and relaxation. In India, Cygnett Park Bl Jaipur ranked No. 1. 4 in the World and Hotel Snow Land Srinagar came in at No. 7.
