To showcase the wide range of luxury products in Estonia, the new Luxest business app connects accommodation, events and restaurants, with direct links to suppliers. It has been created as a tool to help UK agents and staff make travel arrangements across Estonia, and focuses on the country’s most luxurious hotels and renovated buildings, including country estates, quirky rustic resorts and modern resorts with impressive spas.
Luxest also features relaxing amenities and a Michelin-starred restaurant. First recognized by Michelin in 2022, this year 34 places in Estonia are featured in the 2023 Michelin Guide.
Foodie themes are also explored in the Luxest ‘Do’ section for events, where the Food Studio gives 12-50 people the opportunity to prepare their meals before eating the results in the restaurants above. Fishing, golfing and horseback riding options also feature.
Andy Fairburn, director of Nordic Travel Solutions, Visit Estonia’s UK sales representative, said: “Luxest aims to sell the UK travel industry some of the best things that visitors can enjoy in the endless cities and countryside of Estonia, and restaurants, sleep and play.
“Estonia is a country with strong ambitions, ideas and pride for their country and the progress they have made in providing their luxury products deserves a lot of respect. Luxest wants to make it easier for UK travel agents and tourists to find some of the best retailers in Estonia to create the best opportunities to meet the needs of the most discerning travelers.”
Travel Counselor Caroline Linton said: “The Luxest program seems like a great way to explore what Estonia has to offer. For travel agents, having a directory of luxury providers helps in creating a journey for customers who want to be of the highest quality.”
